Job Description

We are looking to expand our world-class Engineering team with a skilled and experienced tools specialist to lead a team of Engineers developing the tools which empower the content teams to work quickly and effectively.

Your expert leadership skills and strong customer focus will see you grow and develop a team of Engineers to prioritise and deliver the features and tooling to meet the needs of the development team.

Leading a team of highly skilled Engineers, you will be responsible for the delivery of their work to time and quality expectations. You will set direction for the team, and work with other disciplines to ensure delivery and maintenance of a powerful and efficient toolset for others.

You are driven by a passion for software engineering, as well as motivating and developing your team to deliver high quality, innovative solutions.  You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is vital. You are highly motivated and approachable, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of technology.
