Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Director to setup and lead a world-class design team on an entirely new AAA project. You will help to define and be responsible for executing against the project’s vision.

You’ll take responsibility for team management and mentoring, as well as being a key member of the project leadership group. You will report directly to the Studio Creative Director.

Your experience within game design will have seen you work on multiple high-profile console titles in the course of your career. As Creative Director, you’ll have a demonstrable management track record and the ability to support, develop and inspire your team.

You’ll be flexible, highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by your experience of leading teams.

Skills Summary:

• At least one published title in a Design leadership position or similar
